People of Baytown, tx if you want your mail delivered in rain, hail, sleet or snow. Do not put your mailbox on your fence. Because if you want to put it back on your house, because you believe someone is stealing your mail. You cannot put it back on your house without authorization from them. They will tell you to call the police, which I did, and I called them @ the number they gave me. They said I was still not allowed to put the mailbox back on my house. I told them what if people want to steal the mail again. They said it is not their problem. So their policy is if you want to put the mailbox back on your house, you cannot. So people I am giving you this warning, do not remove your mailbox from the front of your house, for the good of the Baytown post office.
