Papa John's

I will never order from Papa John's again. On 2 separate occasions, I have

tried to order pizza via Online Ordering. Both times, the pizza took 1 1/2

to 2 hours to reach me. Both times my pizza was cold. Contacting the store

was fruitless. They just blamed the online center. I called the online

center & was sent "upstairs" to a voice mail that never called back. I have

never gotten ahold of anyone via phone or via internet feedback form. Now I

am out 2 orders worth of money, received 2 cold pizzas & was starving twice.

Once is an accident, twice is a trend. I strongly encourage people to

boycott Papa John's, especially the online ordering service. It sounds so

convenient...
