Lillian Vernon - appauling customer service Lillian Vernon Online - I've shopped with them for years, they used to have excellent customer service, but now have outsourced their customer service to the Phillipines. Now you can't get any customer service... just unanswered questions and unintelligable responses. The corporate sales department in Virginia claims that most companies are outsourcing customer service, as if poor behavior entitles other to do the same.
