I made a “purchase” of miscellaneous dollhouse accessories from this web site Nov. 15th and received nothing as of today, December 15th. I made three attempts via telephone to this company and was always told they weren’t sure what happened to my order but that someone would call me back. This never happened. I received my credit card statement and was not surprised that the company has indeed charged me for my “purchase” but have yet to produce any product. When I have called to speak to anyone the phone remains busy. When I do get to speak to anyone, I am talking to young kids. Maybe this is an attempt of someone working from their basement or garage. Anyway, it’s suspicious and any purchases from this “company” should be avoided via internet. This company also goes under www.creativetrains.com.
