walmart in Galesburg ILLinois

Walk into this store! You will enter a place in which the employees are the most rude people in which to deal with.Never mind their sale items! Beware to make sure their so called rollback is not a clearance item! I forgot my credit card so decided to layaway an item,(it took 45 minutes to actually get any help)! Sorry, the department manager was on break! Then just to get rid of me refused to layaway this item,telling my wife and I that it was a clearance item and their policy is not to layaway clearance. Not only were the employees rude but actually laughed about how aggrevated I became over the whole situation. Oh by the way! No need in calling 1-800-walmart, their investigation into the incident consist of having the assistant manager of the store call you and piss you off even more. If the item is clearance then put clearance on the item! I have shopped walmart for many years! Never again!!! Not only the employees at the store but the main office apparently feel they can afford to loose business. K-mart had the items I needed and even treated us with a smile. One less customer walmart!
