very disappointed

To whom it may concern!

We travelled with you airline(Lufthansa),we got back on 5th of August,as i

got back 2 my mums i realised that one of my cases has been broken,as soon

as i noticed i phoned your airline and explained what happened and they gave

me a reference number which is LH RLH 486091C. and also they gave me another

number (0870 8370124) which i phoned and they told me to take the case to

any luggage shop and they should be able to send for repair .so i did go to

luggage shop and they told me its only setten makes can get repaired.I am

not happy at all its a new suitcase and expansive flight which cost me
