I ordered and paid for 5 inkjet cartridges on 27/06/ 2006 order no.000006871. The two I tried proved unusable one being a particularly shoddy production so I returned them fulfilling the printed instructions in their documentation, requesting adequate replacement or refund. I used Recorded Delivery. As there was no response after a fortnight I went to their website and used their email facility to register my complaint and requested action from them . This too produced no response despite their website assurance that all enquires would be answered within 24 hrs. I repeated this procedure some two days later but still have not had any acknowledgement from them.
