I ordered a phone yesterday from cingular I paid an overnight fee for this, with the promise form the representative Danielle that the phone will arrive today, since it is overnite, the day has passed and I called cingular and this time they told me they don't know when it is going to be picked up by Fedex, and the overnite fee I paid means from the time Fedex picks up the package from them, this is according to the supervisor named Josh, so if Fedex pick up the package tommorow then my phone doesn't arrive until the next day. Isn't this absurd? When a company promise you overnite delivery and blames another company for not having it delivered? And still they couldn't guarantee the delivery tommorow. I am really upset at Cingular.
