Dear sirs,
I am complaining about the fact I have been with MCI for 8 years. My bill for several years has been $27.00 AND IN THE LAST 2 MOS. HAS GONE TO $44.00 I HAVE CALLED to ask why and never can get anyone who can speak english. This is very hateful to deal with. I have no features what so ever, just a straight line and no long distance. This is very pricey for no features.
I think I would be better off just to use my cell phone and have all features for $39.00 monthly. Is there anyway I can get a better deal or am I going to have to switch to another company for a better deal. You have to admit this is outragous for 1 direct line.
Please email me back because I cannot understand the people who call. Why do you not have people who can speak English ?
