I attended a presentation. The reward for attending the presentation was 2 free air tickets and a 3-day/2-night hotel accommodations.

I filled out the application and sent them to Infinity Incentives Group. Everything was submitted in a timely manner. It has been past 75 days and I still have not heard from them. On the applications it was indicated that I would be contacted within 45-60 days. I must have called their number about 20 times, just to listen to an answering machine. I left them many voicemail messages but I still have not heard back from any one.

I went to their website and was not able to get any contact information. I did a search on Google and I realize that this company is very shady, including many complaints on complaints.com. Why are they still in business? What can I do to have to honor their promise to me? Please let me know. I live in Illinois and the company is in AZ.

Watch out and don't get fooled as I was!
