>From what I can see, I'm not the only one that has had a complaint about

charges on their phone bills that we did not approve of and it looks like

this has been going on since 2002. Luckily, I caught it the first month.

Personal Voice Inc. billed my home phone a charge of $14.01 for services I

did not authorize. When I tried to call the number on my bill it tried to

connect me to another number that was an invalid number. I called the phone

company and they said they would credit my account and lock it so nothing

else can be added to my account without my approval. I would suggest anyone

else to do the same thing.
