Tempur-pedic mattress
|
Tempur-pedic mattress I bought a new Temperpedic June 2005 and discovered the ability to dissipate heat is a downfall in the winter. Temperpedic says that using an electric blanket will void the warranty and thus I end up cold all winter. I've added stacks of wool blankets to the point I sweated so much the mattress was soaking wet under me. So I contact Temperpedic again and am told the indoor nighttime temperatures in my house should be kept at 72 degrees or warmer. So you now have to keep the house temperature warm for the mattress to work???
The expense of the mattress is only the beginning, now you can't turn down the furnace at night.
Now that I've had it a year, I have just as many sleepless nights from getting too hot, then letting the cold air in to cool off........... end up with cold sweats. Now I'm up at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. instead of sleeping until 8 am. I could have sworn I spent $2200 so I could get a better night's sleep....... well it didn't work........ I wasted $2200.00 and Tempurpedic won't do a thing for me.
WASTE OF MONEY, I REGRET OWNING THIS BED. I'D RATHER HAVE THE OLD LUMPY MATTRESS BACK THAN THIS WASTE OF FOAM.
