MCI PHONE COMPANY

Dear Sir or Madame,

I'm tired of being victimized by the large corporations! MCI charges its customers a .99 paper billing charge. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! We give our business to MCI and they have the nerve to rip us off by charging a paper charge.

What can consumer do about this nonsense? I have been looking for another phone company and will change as soon as I find one that suits my needs. We should not accept this outrageous nonsense!
