HSBC credit card

Trying to reestablish credit.. I have 2 cards with them and my mother has one.. We keep getting 3rd party charges on our accounts call to dispute they say it will take 30-90 days while they rack up overlimit fees and etc.. get it resolved you think then it shows up on another card, sometimes the third party charges end up on both credit cards.. These fees keep racking up and sometimes make it over the limit.. and they always will only remove one charge when you have been trying for months to resolve.. Sometimes your told to call where the charge came from there argumentaive saying you accepted when you know you would never have signed up for some travel junk when you physically cant do this.. help
