FORD IKON FLAIR I AM RESIDENT OF HYDERABAD AND HAS PURCHASED A FORD IKON FLAIR FROM M/S MODY FORD ON THE JUNE 15TH 2006. EVERSINCE I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLE AND ALSO POOR SERVICE FROM THE DEALER. OUT OF FRUSTRATION I SENT A MAIL TO THE DEALER AND MR. GANDHI, GENERAL MANAGER WAS KIND ENOUGH TO CALL ME AND HELPED ME IN TALKING TO THE SERVICE CENTRE FOR RECTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEMS. OUT OF THE 3 PROBLEMS I HAD WITH THE VEHILCE ONLY ONE WAS RECTIFIED AND ONE PROBLEM CAME BACK WITH ADDITION. I KEPT MY VEHICLE WITH THEM FOR ONE AND HALF DAY BUT NO OUTCOME WAS THERE TO MY SATISFATION. NOW I AM NOT KEEN ON GOING BACK TO THEM NOR TO ANY COMPANY SERVICE CENTRE AND I REQUEST THE COMPANY TO PERMIT ME TO GET MY VEHICLE MAINTAINED WITH A PRIVATE AGENCY AND CONTINUE TO KEEP ME UNDER THE WARRANTY SCHEME. YESTERDAY ONE MS. CHAITANYA CALLED ME FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TO KNOW ABOUT THEIR SERVICE ON MY VEHICLE. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED AND THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME BUT HE HAS NOT DONE. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW, IS YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE IS SO BAD OR YOU ARE TAKING YOUR CUSTOMER FOR GRANTED.
