Charter Communications/Calble TV Service
|
Charter Communications/Calble TV Service On 08-15-06 my Charter Television Service went out in Montgomery, Alabama due to a possible storm at 6:30 pm. I contacted Charter Communications Service Center to report the outage at my home and was connected with a Charter Service Representative who could hardly speak the English Language located somewhere in Central America. He informed me he had not recieved any word or communication of possible outages in Montgomery, Alabama in the United States and any reorted outages would require mulitple customers contacting the Service Center before an outage could be posted. This is all I could understand from the broken english language of the Charter Representative after having him repeat the same sentence over 4 seperate times. I do not live in Central America! My cable service is not in Central America! I am a United States Citizen living in the Continental United States! English is the legal and recognized language of the Continental United States! I DONOT BELIEVE CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS REALIZES WHERE THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS LIVE OR WHERE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE ACTUALLY NEEDED! WHAT HAPPENED TO LOCAL CUSTIOMER SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES FOR US CITIZENS LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES WHO ACTUALLY SPEAK ONLY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE! AFTER ALL, WE ARE THE VERY PEOPLE WHO PAY THE CABLE BILLS & ALLOW CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS TO OPERATE AS A COMPANY IN THE FIRST PLACE! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TELL THESE BASIC FACTS TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT OF CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS.
