Bank of America's military bank

The staff of Bank of America's military bank are all crooks. every month

they proceed to take over $200.00 in fees out of our checking account. It

always happens the same way....they hold transactions until they same time

(an hour before my husband's check is deposited) then they proceed to post

them and charge $30.00 for each transaction. They could easily wait just

one more hour and pay for the items with my husband's check. When you call

the bank the staff is very rude and don't know what they are talking about.

I spoke with the manager and told her that was a horrible way to run a

business and all she could do was stutter and beat around the bush. They

had bounced two checks we wrote when the money was there and charged us an

NSF charge for that. Then the merchant charged their return check fee to

our checking account and again the bank charged us 2 more overdraft fees for

the return check fees that the merchants charged. When i spoke with the

manager and told her that the bank was making a fortune off of us by

charging us for all of these overdrafts she told us that they bank didnt

make any money for it. I then asked her if the money just disappeared into

thin air she replied yes because they didn't make any money. This is the

worst bank we have ever been to and will never bank with them again. A

WARNING FOR OTHER PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT BANK OF AMERICA'S MILITARY

BANK....STOP!!!!!! THE ARE CROOKS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!.
