I ordered a book from Alibris over 7 weeks ago. The book still has not arrived and my credit card has been billed. I have made 4 attempts to contact them by e mail and 2 attempts by leaving a message on their automated answering system. No one will return my calls or my e mail. You can not speak to them in person, you can only talk to their automated computer.


 


Alibris provides the worst customer service I have ever seen from an online company. Do not use them!!!!
