AOLadvantage My complaint stems from being billed on my credit card for the AOL advantage program which I did not order! Speaking with the service representive gave only minimal satisfaction in that I was still charged for what he called partial usage for the year. It was my understanding the whole balance was to be credited. My second phone call to Aol resulted in my being put on hold for more than 20 minutes to speak with a supervisor, and I have yet to speak with a supervisor! Not only was I still charged a small portion of the program, they also submitted the credit to my card card late causing me to have a hefty late fee I am now trying to resolve which by no means should I be held responsible. This is the second time in a few years I have been billed on my credit card for AOL services I did not want and I am experiencing both times to be quite frustrating. I do not understand how these people and companies get away with poor customer responses as well as bad business and still remain in buisiness. Where is the integrity and high morals this county could once be proud of? Frustrated and angry in N.C..
