aol internet sevice

Hello- at aol i got a free trial 6months with my computer,at the end of that i changed my screen name but went ahead an took a yr of aol at 9.95 a month i told them i shouldn't have to pay 26 dollars on the between month-then they gave me a e mail address that makes it hard on me.i can get email at Paasue but not at Paasue AT aol it will say i'm not on line,.not an not a valid email.i tried 3or4 times in one day to straighten it out ,with no success talking to aol reps, Its been very frustrating! thanks for letting me vent about it. pat bowling
