National Fitness Financial Systems We are also having trouble with NFFS. A fitness center in Texas closed their doors, but NFFS continues to autodraft the checking account. We've transferred membership to a nearby club as suggested but still fighting with NFFS for a refund of an overpayment they drafted from our checking account. The gym owner himself told me I could keep his membership or transfer to a club with a pool (LifeTime Fitness). I transferred to Lifetime but NFFS continued to draft my debit card. I called the bank and had them issue a new debit card. NFFS sent bill after bill but I told them I had moved the membership. This didnt go over well with them so it's off to small claims court in Gwinnett County Georgia for the gym owner and NFFS. Hope NFFS has some frequent flyer miles as flights are high priced now. You might consider small claims court as well as a final solution. I did and 3 months later I am still getting withdrawels from checking account. I stopped debit card and shortly they sent me a letter of Invalid CC Number and nonpayment and are going to send me to collections. Of couse I cannot get an answer on the phone or any reply from them in any way for the past three months. Ignoring me does not give them the authority to keep collecting from me. One time I did talk to some one and she, name unknown and not given, said my contract had not been processed but she did not know how the withdrawal had happened. I am still trying to resolve this. this office is in Raliegh and Layton Utah.
