Litton Loans Service (Fraudrulant Forclosures)

Litton Loans Service in Texas forclosed on a house under false pretenses, being that the account in question was said to deliquent due to a outstanding amount that they recieved from the company they brought the loan from the previous year. My question was should'nt that have been found out in the audit at the time they recieved it not almost two years later. They did not give the owner of 30+years the option of added it to the end of the loan or showing how $1,500.00 all of a sudden showed up missing from her account. Please respond as soon as you can because they just took this lady house .
