Europro / no support

Europo makes cheap shoddy products and does not support them at all.

I have purchased 3 products from Europol.

Steam cleaner - Floor cleaning attachment melted from the steam and broke into 2 pieces. Europo did replace the part - taking 3 months, when I got it, the replacement part did not fit.

Power Washer - came with 2 cleaning wands and a rotating brush for cleaning cars, neither wand works.

Europro steam press - drips water onto the clothes you are trying to iron and stains them.

I didn't know the shark steam cleaner was a Europro until the part broke and I had it replaced, the power washer was purchased as a gift or I never would have bought another item from Europro.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EUROPRO
