Satelite television service Dish Network. I have been given the runaround from Dish Network for 2 hours and 48 minutes today. I am frustrated, disgusted and angry. All I was trying to do was order service from them today. I got transferred and told that I would receive a call back many times and ultimately was told that I had an active account (closed in 2001) so therefore would have to pay an additional $500 for dvr, or $100 extra for regular satellite.

They had horrible service and ultimately wanted to penalize me for wanting to use their service again.
