Western Digital hard drive

Western Digital.

I have made several attempts to find out why my

Western Digital "Passport" drive lost nearly all

of the data stored in it. I have been ignored.

One email from customer service said they were

having a large backup of customer service issues.

My last attempt to contact caused me to contact

corporate offices in California. I was sent to

Dennis' voicemail. Again, I was ignored.
