Complaint:
I ordered a prescription on 7-10-06, then cancelled it on 7-11-06. Total amount was $162.85. That amount was withdrawn from my checking account on 7-10-06 and on 7-13-06, I received a credit back into my account. BUT, on 7-17-06, Alliance Billing again withdrew $162.85 from my account. I did not know this happened until I received my bank statement on Monday 8-7-06.
>From Monday to today 8-12-06, I have tried to call them (the number on their website is not working - or their answering service says "Call back during normal working hours", I have emailed their customer service department and did receive an automatic response saying they would contact me within 48 hours (that was Wednesday, 8-9-06). Now, their answering message is to email your concerns to Email User and I have tried that with no response.
I have tried to get a telephone number from directory assistance but they have no listing in Champlain, NY for W. E. Pharmacy.
Any suggestions on what I should do next? File criminal charges against them? I ordered once before and had no problem but they had no authorization to withdraw money from my account and I need it back.
