Consumer's Original Complaint :

SRW performed a foundation repair on Feb 8, 2006. It removed and replaced inside draintile and installed a sumpump. The repair was done to stop a leak in one of the corners of the basement. The repair did not stop the leak. I called Scott from SRW and asked him to come see what was going on. I have placed numerous calls over the past months and he just will not return my calls. I feel SRW either did unnecessary work or did the wrong kind of work as the problem has not been solved.
