Sub : Complain regarding the excess bill amount and bad behaviour of your customer care executives.

 

 

Dear Sir

 

This is reference to mobile no – 9880050872, I had got pot paid connection for the Plan of Rs 249 per month ie. Alexander Plan.

 

I was told that in this plain I will be availing facilities like “All India Free Roaming, Free Clipping, Free Itemized Bills”

 

And I will be able to make calls to any GSM for 0.40 paise , any WLL or Landline for Re. 1. per minute.

 

In between I was told that this offer is available to the BSNL customers.

 

I was very much convinced with this plan and I disconnected my BSNL line and took services being provided by your company.

 

 

But after some time I found that your customer help desk as well as technical things are not upto the mark.

 

I just tell u in brief about the matter. I got your first Bill of Rs. 252/- and I remitted the same. Next bill amount I was conveyed through SMS of Rs. 1218/- but I didn’t get any Bill for that. So I was waiting for the bill to come. After so many days I waited for that and finally I approached to your customer help line and tried to know the details. There I was told to visit airtel customer care outlet. I visited your outlet at Gandhinagar and I met there Mr. Jay Kumar at 01:00pm on 11/08/2006. I tried a lot to get all the bill details,. But it was in vain. That person was not ready to listen me only, then I requested him to connect me with higher authorities. But he didn’t allowed me to meet anybody. There he created such a critical situation at I can’t explain in this letter.

 

Infact, I was not knowing that renowned company like Bharti Televentures can recruit such kind of irresponsible executive in their company. I expect that company will surely take some actions towards such kinds of employees who does misbehaves with the customers.

 

Now I tell u further that when I contacted to your help line once again . there also I got same behavior from your customer care executive. They just don’t want to listen any thing they disconnect the phone only. You can just cross check the logs for details. They too don’t allow to talk to senior persons. In between I was told that I’m in Rs. 449/- plan..

 

Can you tell me is it possible that If any body is applying for Rs249/- plan and system will register in Rs 449-plan. …I think no…… not at all…..

 

But your executive told the same thing…

 

 

Anyway I expect that your company will take some actions towards the employees who does like that.

 

Finally, I want my connection to be restored as soon as possible. As soon as my connection is restored pending bill amount based on Rs 249/- per month plan will be remitted by me immediately. Any other charges occurred just because of your company negligence will not be entertain by my side.

 

And as my connection outgoing bared My business went through heavy monetary loss. All those loss should be credited in my account.

 

If further also your company is not taking any firm decision than I will move to the consumer court will all my complain about your firm’s negligence.
