mci long distance bill

Hello Mr or Mrs Manager. I am complaining about your continually billing us for something we do not owe. Our account number is 5FG49833. Our old phone number that you bill us for is 956-447-1975. It has been on vacation since March 2006. We do not use MCI for the simply reason you can not or do not choose to service your accounts. We do not owe you a penny yet you send us a bill every month. What does it take to get your attention. We can not call your company because your people chase us all around from one person to another and no one seems to know a thing. Are all you employees dead? That's why we no longer use your phone system. It's run by foreigners who do not talk good english or so poorly organized a customer can not get a word in edge wise . WE DO NOT OWE YOU A PENNY SO PLEASE CANCEL OUR BILL FOR 13.05. We have already paid you many times for bills we did not owe simply because we could not get this resolved after many many phone calls to your company. My next stop will be the President of MCI or who every owns your lousy company. I am Stanley Burkinshaw at 402-273-4182. And I now use QWEST.
