I have converted my phone from Post paid to prepaid.

In this regard I have personally visited your office at Shivajinagar on 25/7/2006. & paid Rs. 446/- Receipt no. 2158770.

I have not received any information on this. My phone is dead now. I am to get your service in this regard.

Your service center does not respond properly at chinchwad. I am frustrated with your service

Pl sort out the issue. I may have to take with higher authority or may disconnect your service.
