Roger Rebbun, Desert Network.Com,Inc./Internet hosting I have a website hosting company(design619) and I paid for the domain 'oneputtgreens.com' from Roger Rebbun at Desert Network.Com,Inc. in april of 2005, I paid for two years and have emails that confirm this from him. I also have a copy of the check i sent him for the domainand the two years. The problem is that he only registered it for one year and did not register it in my name. The domain has now been sold to somone else ( a competitor to the oneputt greens company) and is lost to me. I sent him emails and called him, but he says it is my fault. The company that runs 'oneputtgreens.com' has other sites with me and now they want to leave my service and move to someone else. normally when a domain is about to expire, the registering company will send an email to see if you want to renew it. first of all, this guy did not register the domain for two years, and secondly, he did not register it with my email address to get the renewal email. I have only lost forty dollars, but I have had this company and thier websites for over four years. At over forty dollars a month, and occasional upkeep, i am losing over six hundred dollars a year, and I see no reason why I wouldn't have this client for the next four yearsor more. Can I call the police or do something to this guy to stop him from doing this again. I am looking for any insight or help to get me pointed in the right direction.
