Directv We signed up for Directv and scheduled an installation date. On that scheduled date, no one ever showed up to install our equipment. We contacted Directv that day, and they said that our installation date was rescheduled for two weeks later. My husband asked who rescheduled and were we to be notified. They told him that he called that morning and rescheduled. He told the lady that he did not do that and she called him a "liar", her computer has the proof that we called in. The number they told him he called from was a disconnected number. We tried it. The date they told him he rescheduled for was a date we were to be out of town for my sister's birth of her first child. The time they told him he called in was way to early considering our time zone difference, and we would have been in bed still. We asked to speak to someone in charge and she transferred us. The supervisor flat out called my husband crazy and disturbed since he could not remember a phone call he made from that morning. The supervisor suggested that they conference call the installation department and see what they had to say. They did that and the installation department said that someone from the customer service department at Directv had rescheduled that morning and not us. We were never offered an apology for the customer service rep calling my husband a liar and the supervisor calling him disturbed and crazy. In fact they could have cared less that we no longer desired their services after that.
