Nordic brand Crown II spa - great product - lousy customer service...

Thanks Nordic - paid top dollar for one of your great spas (double that of on at Rec Warehouse) - the cover fell apart in 2 years - and your comment - we can replace it for $450 plus freight - what happened to lifetime warranty on ALL product - BEWARE - next time - I will go for the cheaper companies that we KNOW IN ADVANCE do not stand behind their product... PS - Replaced it for $150 from a spa cover company - nice to see you wanted to not only insult me - but double dip me to boot!
