Delta Airlines.....

After the flight I had reserved for the eight of us was cancelled...There were no flights available.... The ticket agent rushed us to the plane and said we were due compensation but she would not have time to do that and get us on the last plane out...I was instructed to call Delta and they would take care of it...We ran to the waiting plane...We were sent to another city to spend the night and when the next day in the new city produced no flights available we were sent to still another city where we had to all share a van ride for over an hour to get to our destination........

Of course I lost hundreds in hotel reservations for my destination and hundreds more for the limo ride I booked for the kids to experience....

I was giving the family a cruise to enjoy before school began again...We finally did make it to the pier on time-but just barely

Did I contact Delta...You bet ....An hour on the phone talking to four...that's right... 4 different people who either couldn't or wouldn't help me....
