This is a very bad company to get involved with. You cannot get through by telephone on many attempts (and this is a communications company). They disconnected my telephone service while I was out of the country for 6 weeks this summer, because I had not received the bill to pay it. When I returned I did not know this and thought my phone was not working. They then charged me an additional $90 fee because the June bill was not paid by July 24 which is the end of the billing period. I was paid up to date the end of May, then left the country on June 15th (no bill received for June until 3rd week of month. By July 24 they disconnected my phone and sent me to collection! I discovered this when I got home on July 30th. I have a top credit rating and this has never happened to me, ever.

Don't support this terrible company who treat their customers like that.
