Yahoo! Music Engine (defective)

Yahoo! Music Engine (defective) I purchased a music service from Yahoo! (10-02-2005). This service was not compatible for my computer system. I worked with their tech. dept. for many weeks to try to fix my problem. The problem could not be fixed so I asked for a refund. I have been conversing with their customer service and accounting department since then to no avail. They have deleted my account (as I have asked for) but they won't refund my $59.88 for a defective service (they say) because I cannot supply them with a "secret answer" to a secret question which they won't ask me. I am enclosing an attachment which will show what I have been trying to accomplish. Thank you
