Vonage regarding Vonage VOIP, i have been with them for 5 months, and as soon as my contract is up i am cancelling for good!!.. Customer service is horrible. I have been put on hold for tech support for as long as 1/2 hour. They are charging me for a device i never received, and have been fighting it with my credit card company for 2 months now. Just a piece of advice... You may pay a bit more, but stay with conventional type phone service......
