The pathetic servise of Hollard Insurance in SA Im quite sure that the worst motor insurance is Hollard Direct. When i had an accident with my car it took me over a month to get my car fix, and all that needed to be done was to replace the bumper! whenever i called i the call centre agents would hang up on me or leave me on hold for record long time.My claims consultant was totally unreachable. It took him 9 hours to contact me once i put in my claim.He was rude and told me that i was impatient. Then he sent my Authorisation to a panelbeater that was far from my home.Hollard really has disgusting service. The worst Part is that a small little accident took over a month to fix and my insurance still made me pay insurance that month.
