Dear Sir,


We have purchased Aquaguard Reviva in beginning of this year. But now we have been facing a lots of problem from their local service provider. We requsted for our first free service 01.04.06 & was promised by their prople to do on 03.04.06 but after lots of reminder your technician turned on 05.04.06 - evening.


After he left appx. after one an hour we have noticed that water is leaking from back side. We immediately logged our complaint on 05.04.06 on their toll free no & complaint no. is 81076. This time they promised again to attend our complaint latest by 1pm on 06.04.06 - but right now time is 8.00 p.m - 07.04.06 but still we are waiting for their service man.


Everytime we call your toll free no. they says that their service man is on the field & will come to your residence for repair before 3pm, before 6pm, before 9p.m.- & we gets this message everyday without fail.


Just because of their carelessness we can not go out because we never know when your technician will drop in.


Now it looks that it was our mistake that we have bought this product from their company becuase they have very poor after sales service.


Please remember that for installation even their people works on Sunday but for repair they will come only on weekdays that too after 5-6 reminders.


Now we have water purifier but we can not use that.


Please take-up my complaint & take some serious action otherwise their market reputation is in stake.
