complain about SurplusAlert.com

I want to complain about SurplusAlert.com. It is a scam. I was told I could download some books, one of which was Ebay for dummies. All of this was to be a free trial but I couldn't download them. All I could get was the page to fill out with the order blank. to order again I am trying to cancel everything but can't. They got my credit card # and are going to charge me $29.95 per month for absolutely nothing. I need my little social security to live on. I am 85 years old. I thought I was Getting something I could use to supplement my income a little. What can I do besides canceling my credit card?
