Our family recently visited this store in anticipation of purchasing a picture for our living room. We found a picture we were interested in purchasing and were discussing the cost when at that time our 5 year old son accidently knocked over a picture that was standing upright on the floor and it fell over onto the adjacent picture, breaking the glass on the picture. My husband immediately apologized and offered to purchase the damaged picture. Without hesitation a male employee (whom we assumed was the Manager) said "I'll find out how much our cost is and let you know". He then said the picture cost $125.00. I was irrate at this point, thinking how heartless and obsurd this man was to even come back with an expectation that we would pay $125.00 for something that was an accident, let alone a 5 year old kid! He then said he would discount it to $80.00. At that point, my husband gave him his credit card and they charged our credit card $80.00. My husband then told him that we wanted to take the picture since we paid for it. At that point, the "Manager" said - "well, let me take the glass out and see if the picture is damage". Apparently the actual print was not damage, so he agreed to refund our $80.00 back to our credit card and charge us $25.00 and that he would keep his damaged picture.

It sounds like this Art shop was apparently out to make a quick buck off of us. He didn't even have a heart to say it was okay. I'm pretty certain this shop has insurance and could have written off the damage. Instead they had to be heartless, money hungry thieves and take our money! Let alone, they really hurt our son's feelings. For crying out loud - he's a 5 year old kid.

We would like to let EVERYONE who even thinks about shopping at this store to STAY AWAY!! They are a bunch of thieves and don't care about the customer. They are out to just make money! I will NEVER EVER buy a thing from these people and would suggest that no one every buy anything from them as well. Lets just say - they lost more than their $125.00 picture - they lost a sale that was worth much more than that!
