Cellular Choices Rebate Program

I purchased a cellular program through Cellular Choices that advertised two separte rebates, one for $70.00 and one for $75.00. I complied with every step of the program which needed to be comlied with between 180 and 210 days. I WAS DUPED! When I completed the forms and sent them in within the time from, I just received a generated e=mail telling me that I did not comply with specifics of their program but they refused to tell me what those points were that I did not comply with. This amounts to a bait and switch. Can you help me report this program to the appropriate authorities?
