Bissell carpet cleaner

I purchased 12amp bissell carpet cleaner #model 1699 last week. Only one day after using it the belt broke! I contacted bissell and they advised me that the replacement belts would be shipped! That was 28 Mar 06! I am still awaiting the belts and today is 5 Apr 06.

This is the last time that I buy an american made product because the service is not good! Yes, the machine worked good for one day and I have to wait over a week for parts for a new machine - something is wrong with this picture - do you not think so?
