I stopped at my local Auto Zone earlier during the week for the sole purpose of getting a code scanner cable, and since I was there I went ahead and bought parts needed for my customer's cars. The guy behind the counter was a complete idiot who acted as if he was doing me a favor by looking for the cable, which was right behind the counter, and I had to tell him three times which one it was I needed. While this employee was looking for the cable another one started getting my parts order together and in about ten minutes I was ready to hit the checkout. My parts get rung up and I take all of the bags and boxes out to my truck and head back to the shop. After getting everything sorted out I find that I dont have my cable, they didnt put it in the bag after ringing it up. No big deal, I call them up and tell them I will be coming back tomorrow for it.

Tomorrow arrives and I go back to Auto Zone about a half hour before they close and there are only two customers in there including myself. The other customer is at the register being rang up and I walk up to the counter where three employees are standing talking with one another so I can get the cable. The moment I got to the counter two of them immediately walked over by the cashier to continue their conversation and the third one picks up the phone and starts dialing. I'm staring this guy straight in the eye as he starts chatting with the person on the other end of the line, then he turns his back to me and leans up against the counter and continues talking away. I tell this guy he is an ignorant SOB and walk up to the cashier and ask for the manager. Turns out he was one of the ones who walked away. I ask for a number to call and complain to, the cashier wouldnt provide it.
