RCS Cards

Good Day

I have a complaint regarding RCS Cards.

Unfortunately, my debit order for the payment of my account did not go off end of January 2006.

And RCS cancelled my debit order. Without informing me.

I made special arrangements for everything to be double deducted, and since my RCS loan has been double deducted end of February, I did not worry further.

Until I got a statemtent saying that now I owe them over R1400 and before my debit order can be reinstated, the full outstanding amount has to be settled. Where am I supposed to get that kind of money now?

I should have been informed about the cancellation of my debit order. It is not fair to penalize me for their negligence.

I do not know how to handle this matter further. Is there any way I can sort this out??
