Igea - Lazer Storm Vacuum

What a scam, I purchased two of these vacuum cleaners. The money was taken out of my bank account within three days. Of course it was taken out incorrectly. I had signed up for the three month installment plan and they took the whole $312.00 immediately from me account in one lump sum. In the end, it is now April 2006 and I placed the order in October of 2005, I have yet to receive my order. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the company only to be sent back and forth between telephone numbers which are all automated systems, you can never get a "live" operator on the line. I am sure that I am not the first person that has experienced this type of problem and would certainly be interested in what course of action I should take. I went to my bank and they told me that there was nothing that they could do. If anyone should have any advice or any way to correct this situation please contact me.
