Save the Date Cards / Invitations Ultimate Online Wedding Mall 17277 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 207 Encino, CA 91316 I ordered save the date cards from the ultimate online wedding mall. Prior to confirming my purchase, a invitation draft is provided for you review before confirming your purchase. My invitation draft reflects that the text is centered w/in the invitation, however, when I received my invitations, the text was NOT centered but shifted towards the right, leaving a large blank space to the left of the invitation. I contacted customer service and told them I was not satisfied, etc. I was told that I have to PROVE to the manufacturer that the invitations were not centered, because based on their records the invitations were centered. I faxed customer service a copy of the invitation along with my sample invitation showing that there was a huge difference and was very obvious that the text was not centered. I followed up with a phone call to customer service to confirm that my fax was received and was told that my fax was of POOR quality and that I needed to scan and email the invitations instead. Fortunately, I work from home and had access the scanner. Once I scanned the invitations, I received an email stating that it was forwarded to the manufacturer and my order would be processed and overnighted. Two days later I receive my invitations. This time the text is shifted all the way to the left side of the invitation and look worse than the first set that I received. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that a proof would be emailed to me this time for my approval before re-sending a THIRD SET OF INVITATIONS. Of course, I've been waiting for my proof and have been told numerous times that it was going to be emailed, etc. I placed a call to customer service and was told that they would contact the manufacturer AGAIN to find out the status of the proof. As time is of the essence because a wedding date has been set, I follow up w/another phone call to hear when the phone is picked up "Oh Geez" as if I've become bothersome now to customer service. Isn't that an oxy moron . . . that I'm a dissatisfied customer and I'm bothering customer service? This is clearly a waste of time and I'm now waiting for a return number from customer service in order to return my order for a full refund. I have no confidence in this company OR their manufacturer that they employ. I have yet to receive an apology from anyone w/this company for the inconvenience this has caused me. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! WHAT COMPANY WOULD SHIP A PRODUCT W/OUT LOOKING AT THE PRODUCT AND MAKING SURE IT'S OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY, ESPECIALLY INVITATIONS THAT ARE BEING PRINTED? ALSO, THE INVITATIONS THAT THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOT THE SAME INVITATIONS YOU WILL RECEIVE AFTER YOUR PURCHASE!!!!! Dealing w/them is a nightmare!
