Infinity Tires And Wheels Fresno California is a fraudulent company this company will tell you that they will sell you a tire and rim package for a price but they will only send you the rims . This company has 64 complaints of fraud reported to the BBB. All buyers beware of this company they will scam you.I have a receipt that states that I purchased tires and rims ,but I only received rims. I have made more than 3 attemps by email to contact this company ,but no reply.Every time I call and asked to speak to a manager they say he has stepped out call back. The sales person that I spoke to had the nerve to tell me I needed to send them 1100 more dollars if I wanted tires. After doing reserch on this company an others like them I found that there are several tire and wheel company advertising in Lowrider magazine that are false advertising and ripping consumers off.

my name is earl i also order from this company.. this company sent me the wrong order and wont refund my money. im still going through the courts trying to find a way.it seems alot of good folks out there getting ripped off from this company.any help out there is well needed.

My name is Heather. I too also ordered a set of rims and tires for my husband. First of all, it took us forever to get in touch with them and then now that the order has been placed, we have been unable to get in touch with them to find out if our order has been shipped. We keep getting the answering service. I left a message, but nobody has the decency to call back. I'm beginning to think that they just took our money and ran with it. I am a customer service rep myself, and shit like this is what makes the rest of us look really bad. No wonder folks have an attitude when they have to call anywhere. I would love to know what I need to do about this and if there is anything I can do about it. I'm in the same place as alot of these other consumers. I either want my product or the money back so that I can get something else...

hey my nane is johnny i also bout a tire an wheel package an only got my rims they said that i had to pay 1400 more dollars to get my tire i paid about 3200 for them in a package at first they said they are shipping them seperate to save on shipping an now they say that i owe them 1400 more to get my tires when i bout them the price they gave me was for the rims tires an shipping i keep call get put on hold or asked to call back somthing needs to be done bad

JULY 17TH IS THE DAY I ORDERED 4 KNOCK OFF CAPS AND A HAMMER. TODAY IS AUGUST 26TH AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. WHEN I CALL THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES EVERYTIME. THEY HAVE TOLD ME TO CALL BACK ON CERTAIN DAYS WHEN THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN OR JAY FOR INSTANCE ASKED ME TO CALL HIM ON SATURDAY KNOWING IT WAS HIS DAY OFF SO HE WOULD NOT HAVE TO TALK TO ME. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THIS COMPANY I EITHER WANT MY MONEY OR SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR.

My name is April I ordered 4 knock off caps and a hammer from infinity in California on the July 17th, I received the package around the 23rd or 24th of July opened it and come to find out it was not what I ordered. I have been calling and calling ever sense and have had absolutely nothinn done. I have been told several times fed ex will pick it up and then I will get what I ordered as soon as they get the package. Fed Ex was never notified about picking up a package at my address. So I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, they said he will call he never did, I called again spoke to Jay's the supervisors assistant, she said she would have him call, he never did. I called today and they put me on hold for 20 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time and never got on the phone either time. Today is August 26, 2008 I am currently on hold with Infinity it has already been 10 minutes. I am still waiting for the same package to be sent to my house since last month. What type of business takes a month and a week to send a package? Im tired of the way this business is being ran. I feel you should get what you pay for and all I got was the wrong package, the run around, a bunch of lies and a huge headache. I would like for something to be done A.S.A.P. today is the 11th of August really should a person have to wait for the right order that is already paid for, for almost a month? Thanks for nothing....

I also ordered a set of wheels and tires from Joey at Infinity Tires and Wheels 17 days ago and evey time I manage to get some one on the phone, they tell me the shipping department is closed, call back later. When I try to call, all i keep getting is an ansewering service that I cannot leave a message with. Joey promised to call me back on numerous counts, and never did. Stay away from this company.

FUCK JOHNY, JOEY, JESSY, LEO AT iNFINITY tire. They all Some bad sales men, three different guys took over my order, each apologizing for the others mistakes. It took 4 months to get my rims, then there was no tires! What A BUNCH OF BITCHES. Just stay in school kids, or you will have a dead end job with no benefits and have to try and scam people all day, and say sorry. Sorry to all your customers. They aren’t even men, I had 3 OF THEM give me there WORD that they would call me back and never did. lol I even had one put it on his family he would call me back, he did not! Lol Stay away from them.
