windstorm vacuum by IGIA

I ordered one vacuum and was supposed to get another one free with a hand steam cleaner last August of 2004. With several phonecalls and delays I was promised a delivery at the end of September. I never received anything and was billed double what I authorized to be deducted from my account. I had a lot of trouble getting through to the company which kept changing the phone numbers for account services. I was lied to and told the product was shipped to the wrong warehouse and I will get my order and a refund check in February. I finnaly wrote the attorney general and received a response from the company, but no check. I was politely told I will receive a check in a month. It is now the end of April and I am still waiting for my $317 to be credited to my checking account.
