complaints regarding surf bars & jumbo cut

Dear All,

I would like to alert you regarding our new improve surf bars specially surf kalamansi and sunfresh long bar and jumbo cut. Kalamansi and sunfresh long bars and jumbo cut with production code 04186 onwards are too soft. This will surely affects our service to customers. We are hoping for fast action in this regard.
